A cruise in partnership with Pinault Collection, with the exceptional presence of Emma Lavigne, General Director and Chief Curator of Pinault Collection, from June 18 to June 22, 2026.
Set sail to discover some of the cultural and artistic treasures of the Adriatic Sea with PONANT. During an 8-day cruise along the coasts of Croatia and Italy, enjoy fascinating lectures given by the Pinault Collection experts. In Venice, the high point of your trip, discover Palazzo Grassi during a private visit that will be followed by a dinner in the atrium. The next day, experience the excitement of the Biennale of Contemporary Art before taking a private tour of the Punta della Dogana with Pinault Collection guides.
Throughout your cruise, at each port of call, all guests will also have the opportunity to take part in an included excursion carefully selected by PONANT. On this cruise, discover Split and the UNESCO-listed Diocletian's Palace, from Trogir, stroll through Zadar, an ancient city with a fascinating history, or admire the dazzling mosaics of Ravenna, considered the most beautiful in the world. The range of experiences on offer promises a great time with lots of variety (for the full list of excursions, click on the Itinerary tab).
Your ship will leave Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site aptly called “the Pearl of the Adriatic”, and sail to Trogir. Renowned as the most beautiful medieval town in Dalmatia, the city, founded by the Greeks, is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Fall under the spell of the beauty of its monuments, such as the Cathedral of Saint Lawrence, a masterpiece of Romanesque arts and one of the most beautiful in Croatia.
To the north, in contrast to the wild, confetti-like Kornati Islands, discover Zadar. On the monumental Land Gate, the winged lion that symbolises the City of the Doges still watches over passers-by as they make their way through the narrow streets of this ancient Roman walled city, now a vibrant mix of history and creativity.
Soon, you will reach Istria and the charming city of Rijeka. Nestling in the Kvarner Gulf, just a stone's throw from the famous Krk, known as “the Golden Island”, this port town offers a taste of the gentle Croatian way of life, with delicacies and strolls between the sea and the mountains.
On the other side of the Adriatic, on the shores of Italy, the stunning Ravenna is revealed. Capital of the Roman Empire in the 5th century, the city of Emilia-Romagna recounts its age-old history between the Roman and Byzantine cultures through its incredible ancient mosaics.
As a grand finale, your voyage will draw an end in Venice the Serenissima and its lagoon. Piazza San Marco, the Doge’s Palace, the Grand Canal and the palaces along the canals will be your last stops on an unforgettable cruise.

Emblem of the Dalmatian coast, Dubrovnik is magnificently positioned on a rocky spur. History is sovereign here, in this ancient city, now a listed UNESCO World Heritage site. You will perhaps be surprised by the proportions of La Placa, the central drag through the city. The sheer width of it can be explained by the fact that it straddles a former lagoon. The elegant houses along La Placa are built in the legendary travertine stone. At Pile gate, you will be greeted by the statue of the patron saint of Dubrovnik, and you can admire the coastline as you walk along the ramparts. But what’s inside Fort Saint John, adjoining the outer walls? A maritime museum and an aquarium featuring rare fish from the Adriatic.

Built onan island linked to the Dalmatian coast, the picturesque city of Trogir dates from Antiquity. You will certainly be won over by its colourful streets and pleasantly surprised by their Greco-Roman plan, affording it UNESCO World Heritage status. Today, the former cardo maximus is the historical centre’s main street. You can mosey at your leisure in the fashion shops, art galleries and cake shops. Don’t miss the three naves in the stunning Saint Lawrence Cathedral. From the top of its keep, the Kamerlengo fortress provides a spectacular view of the old town and coastline.
Arrival 17/06/2026 midday
Departure 17/06/2026 early evening
The old fortified city of Zadar stands on peninsula in Northern Dalmatia. It has survived since Antiquity, as the ruins of a Roman forum illustrate. Beside these ruins, the architecture of the church of Saint Donat is Byzantine while the bell-tower of the Cathedral of Saint Anastasia is of Italian design. Your walks in the old town will be punctuated by diverse encounters with history. As you reach the shoreline, you’ll be brought back to modern day because this front is animated by two contemporary architectural creations. Maybe you will hear the sound of the “Sea Organ” music played by the surf and the “ Sun Salutations ” solar light installation reflecting its luminous rays.
Arrival 18/06/2026 early morning
Departure 18/06/2026 evening
A hidden gem on the Croatian coast, Rijeka is a city where the sea and mountains meet in a harmonious embrace. Its bustling port bears witness to a glorious maritime past and, more generally, a rich history. Along its cobbled streets, you will find Austro-Hungarian palaces and industrial ruins that bear witness to a complex history. Dominated by Trsat Castle, Rijeka offers beautiful panoramic views of the Adriatic.
Arrival 19/06/2026 midday
Departure 19/06/2026 late evening
Linked to the Adriatic Sea by a canal, the city of Ravenna and its countless monuments offer you a rich journey back in time. Roman and Byzantine cultures intermingle here, and the fruits of this history adorn the interiors of the cityメs religious buildings: the abundance of classical mosaics is the most stunning witness to Ravennaメs glorious past. Eight UNESCO World Heritage listed Paleo-Christian sites punctuate your journey into the historic heart of the city. Still very lively despite the weight of its history, Ravenna has much to offer to visitors.

Yet, secret Venice is also waiting for you to explore its little interlacing streets and canals, to ramble through its squares and to push open the doors of its churches. The city’s extraordinary heritage shouldn’t stop you from enjoying a glass of Spritz and a few tramezzini.
