Annick Massis

Annick Massis is internationally recognised as one of France's greatest sopranos and one of the most versatile singers of her generation. She performs on Europe's greatest opera stages, including Vienna, Berlin, Zurich, Geneva, Barcelona, Madrid, Brussels and Amsterdam, as well as in the United States at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, Washington and Pittsburgh. In France, she sings in the main national theatres. She also has the most prestigious Italian career ever achieved by a French soprano, with appearances at La Scala in Milan, La Fenice, Florence, Turin, Rome and Naples. A regular guest at the greatest festivals, she collaborates with leading conductors and directors. Her repertoire of more than seventy roles covers French music, Mozart and bel canto. She is a Chevalier and Officier des Arts et Lettres and winner of the ‘Siola d'Oro’.
