Cruises visiting Menjangan, West Bali National Park
Located off the coast of northwestern Bali, Menjangan is a small uninhabited and preserved island whose turquoise waters and coral gardens are ideal for getting away from it all and relaxing. It is part of the West Bali National Park, which makes it a protected natural area. The only residents you will come across are the wild deer that were introduced by humans and are behind the origin of the island’s name, since “menjangan” means “deer” in Balinese and Indonesian. A veritable paradise for snorkelling fans, the island is surrounded by magnificent coral reefs and all kinds of tropical fish.
